PERSONALISED WORKOUT PROGRAM
The reason behind selling this program at such a reasonable price is to help people who isn't avail our ONE TO ONE personal training but still want an epic workout plan.weather you want to loose weight or gain mass;either in gym or home; You will get a plan designed according to your goal and how many days you can workout in a week. It will include a detailed document with all the exercises along with the number of repetitions, sets and rest times for each exercise and we will keep changing your workout plan after every 4 weeks.
There is no diet plan included in this program.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN
You will get a personalized diet completely tailored according to your goals and your current body conditions,moreover the diet would be planned keeping in mind your preference. It will include all the specific food indicated for each meal and recommended supplementations (only if you want to use them).
This program includes:
- Two Pdf based Nutrition plans.
- A File which explaining Nutrition and Cardio

In this plan you will receive the personalised workout plan and diet plan tailored according to your goals based on your body type, your lifestyle and your own food preference. It will include a detailed of all the exercises required to reach your goals along with the number of repetitions, sets and rest times for each exercise.
